Q: Are your designer items originals or reproductions?
A: All of our designer items are high end reproductions built to meet and exceed the industry's highest of standards. Please make sure to read our Quality & Price section on the bottom right of this page. Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Any custom orders or out of stock items will be shipped within 8-12 weeks. Please feel free to contact us for availability before placing an order. Q: Do you offer trade or bulk discounts?
A: Yes we do. We are ready to work on any project, large or small, and offer very generous discounts on bulk purchases. Feel free to contact us today regarding your project and furnishing needs, and we will create a quote for you. We work efficiently and quickly, and promise you will be very happy with our service and product quality. Q: What type of leather is used?
A: Bee Mod's product line of leather items features only 100% Italian Top Grain leather. We are also now offering Aniline leather, which is a grade above Top Grain Italian leather. It is offered in six different colors, and can be found on any leather item by using the drop down menu next to "leather color". Please note that both leathers are very high quality, although we like to always give our customers more than one option. Please be ware of other sellers who do not disclose the quality of their leather and often use cheap Chinese PU leather. Contact us if you need more information about the quality of our leather or would like samples. Q: Do you charge extra for different color leather or fabric?
A: For most of our items, we do not charge extra for different color leather or fabric. For some items including the Ball and Egg chair, there is a slight upcharge. The only other upcharge is for an upgrade to aniline leather from top grain leather. Q: Can any product be made in any material?
A: Almost any product can be made in either leather, fabric, microfiber, or wool, or the customer's own fabric. Just because it's not shown on our website doesn't meant it can't be made! Feel free to contact us for any specific requests and we will look into it for you. We have helped out many customers attain the product they're looking for in the exact color and material they requested. We even have more colors than shown so contact us now with your special request, and we will accommodate all your needs. Q:Where is your company based?
A:Bee Mod is based in New York although our items are shipped from California. We do not currently have a showroom, although we plan on opening one in the near future. Also, we are looking to expand internationally in the near future to Europe and Australia due to international demand for our product range and customization options. Q:Would it be possible to pick items up instead of having them shipped in order to save more money?
A:Yes, this is now possible! If you live in the Los Angeles/Southern California area, and would like to pick your items up, we can work this out and apply a further discount to your order. Please contact us for more information regarding pick up. Q:What is the difference between curbside shipping and inside delivery?
A:Both forms of shipping refer to a type of freight delivery. Curbside shipping means the freight truck will pull up in front of your residence or business, and the customer will be responsible to carry the items from the truck to inside the home or building. Inside delivery, or white glove service, uses a two man delivery team which carries the items into your home or business, unloads the items, places them in the spot of your choice, assembly service if required, and removes all debris. There is a $199 surcharge for inside delivery. Feel free to inquire further into this before placing an order.
